To comply with CMS training requirements related to First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDR), all Medicare contracted providers must annually attest that they have completed the Medicare Compliance Trainings for themselves and their staff. Providers that are contracted with Envolve to serve members of MCS or MMM in Puerto Rico and who require a copy of the current Model of Care trainings, please email your request to EBOCompliancematters@envolvehealth.com.
